Easy Reconciliation
There are various reports that allow the user to easily reconcile between
what is being paid, what is being banked and what is being sent to the
General Ledger all on one report.
OnePay will produce printed journals for input to a General Ledger or output
a file for direct import into solutions such as Oracle Financials, Promix,
Platinum Financials, Real-Time Financials, SAP, Peoplesoft, MFG/PRO, Prostix
to name a few.
On Line Real Time Inquiry
Via Transaction entry by pay period by person or cluster, payslip enquiry by
payslip within pay period by person. The level of drill down to historical
data is only governed by diskspace. Data to transaction level by person for
all time can be kept on-line. Payslips are kept on-line for all time.
On Demand Pays at Your Fingertips
On-demand and additional pay runs can be completed during the period for an
individual(s) which includes the ability to produce payment through to the
bank. On-demand are useful for missed payments, contract finishes during the
pay period or holidays paid separately.
Payslips
Payslips can be printed in a variety of formats in Alphabetic Order by Pay
Point allowing for easy distribution via printeror e-mail or internet.
Payslip printing is treated as another report in Opus One which provides a
great degree of flexibility in your output.
