Having this type of infrastructure allows Tempus Fugit to monitor, support and provide assistance where and when need immediately.  No need for IT or technical people to come onsite which again is a reduction in costs for us as a business.  It also means that our staff can work remotely when needed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We replaced Micropay payroll and Kronos time &amp;amp; attendance with opus One and instantly realised efficiencies and gains in reducing processing times and reporting. We replaced the two products with one as integration made sense, one point of entry, no interfaces, one database and also meant we only had to deal with one supplier which always has its benefits.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The support and service has been great and as we all know there are issues with any software package but these have been dealt with as and when required and the Opus One system has always been operational.  The litmus paper is that to date we have never had a failure of the database or service and have always been able to pay our people on time.  The Opus One application suite is robust, stable and delivers a level of integration many other systems do not have.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We would advise that if there are companies with two or more products and suppliers to definitely look at this model and application set.&lt;/p&gt;

It has also reduced our payroll processing time.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We have needed very little support over that time and know there is additional functionality within the system that we could use. Tempus Fugit&apos;s Time &amp;amp; Attendance system is very robust and needs very little IT assistance.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The team at Tempus Fugit implemented the Time &amp;amp; Attendance without a hitch and answer our questions in a timely manner.&lt;br /&gt;We are happy with both the software and service from Tempus Fugit.&lt;/p&gt;
